Payment
Deposit: when you book, you’ll be asked to pay a 40% deposit via bank transfer (our bank details will be sent to you by email).
Damage: if failure to use the apartment (damage to facilities, furniture) is found before departure, appropriate compensation will be required.
In the event of cancellation 100% of the deposit will be returned up until 30 days before the
arrival date , 20% will be returned up until 10 days before the arrival date, after that the deposit will not be returned.
After arrival, should you wish to leave early, the cost of one night’s stay will be taken from the deposit as partial or total cover of the unused stay.
Balance: upon arrival, you will be asked for the balance of the holiday and the deposit, should it not be enough to cover the amount.
Deposit: will be held should there be a lack of respect in the use of the apartment before you leave (damage to the building or furniture).
Cleaning: we won’t request you pay for the final clean of the apartment
(€. 30.00) if you leave it in a good condition.
